Khawaja Sira Society and Saathi Foundation with the collaboration of each other is organizing 5 to 6 days workshop and exposure program in northern areas which is specifically designed based on the direct need of beneficiaries. It will result in deeper understanding of the young role models from community and their issues that they want to address, and development of core skills like (Leadership, Conflict management, communication) necessary for lobbying & advocacy.

It will bring youth community activists with diverse opinions on a common table and hence bring harmony to the broader movement and avoid intra-community conflict. And the engagement of the youth in current movement will undo the stereotypical image of young transgender and highlight the diversity of the Pakistani marginalized/transgender community..
