Developed Guideline To Sensitize Health Care Providers
Based on consultation, experience and FGDs with doctors and grass root level community. KSS has developed guideline to sensitize health care providers and it has been observed that community are not getting services or not willing to get access on health services because of the stigma and discriminatory behavior of health care providers either due to lack of interest or due to lack of information regarding health issue of transgender community. So the training of health care provider based on developed guideline have been organized with the support of Punjab Government – Pakistan and Punjab AIDS Control Program to change the behavior of health care providers towards community and community can get health service without facing stigma and discrimination.
Media Sensitization Training
Khawaja Sira Society has organized media sensitization training as Power of media cannot be under estimated at all levels. It is need of hour to highlight the importance of Transgender person protection act and speed up the process of drafting the provincial transgender legislation to secure TGs rights. and Social media plays a vital role to create hype of social issues and with the participation of all media we have developed the media strategy to highlight the public service campaign on transgender rights as TG community is still neglected In Pakistan, it is necessary to raise voice through all media to recognize community and to create enabling environment without stigma and discrimination.
Thanks to Minister of Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab Ejaz A Augustine who attended as a chief guest and spoke up with media regarding upcoming transgender provincial legislation.

Sensitize Lawyers On Transgender Protection Act 2018
With the collaboration of Ministry of Human Rights and Lahore High Court Bar Association Khawaja sira society organized training (To sensitize lawyers on Transgender protection act 2018 in Lahore to promote conducive environment for social protection and ensure the access on justice right.) and on complaint mechanisms to law enforcement.
